HMMWV were involved in more reported accidents than any other tactical vehicle. However, taking into consideration average accident per 1,000 vehicles, Army Strykers, Marine Corps Light Armored Vehicles (LAV), and Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles had higher average rates of accidents than other types of tactical vehicles analyzed (see fig. 11)

Mr Llano also served on the Board of Directors of the Motorsport Safety Foundation responsible for driving instructor certification in motorsport for the USA.

Henrique Cisneros founded the Motorsport Safety Foundation, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that became the only independent certification program for motorsport driving instructors in the United States. The foundation created the standards for the selection, training and certification of high performance driving instructors. Mr Cisneros is also the owner and Chairman of SPEEDVEGAS, the premier arrive-and-drive motorsport experience on a 100-acre complex in Las Vegas with one of the world’s largest fleets of exotic, off-road & muscle cars in the world.
SCOT ELKINS
Director of Training
Scot is a motorsport industry veteran. Currently the Race Director of the FIA Formula E Championship and serves as the Deputy Race Director of the FIA Formula 1, 2 and 3 Championships and an FIA Platinum Grade Circuit Inspector.
Before his roles at the FIA, Scot was COO for IMSA; Technical Director for ChampCar; and a race engineer for NASCAR and IRL teams. Elkins brings 25+ years of motorsport experience to the team, providing expertise in areas such as event operations, safety inspection, and vehicle design/engineering. Scot is also the Chief Operating Officer of the Motorsport Safety Foundation and Member of the Board.
ROSS BENTLEY
Director of Curriculum & Head Coach
Ross is one of the most sought-after performance & race driver coaches in the world, arguably the best selling author in performance driving having authored more than 11 books on performance driving including the best selling series Speed Secrets. Ross was intimitely involved in the creation of the curriculum for the Motorsport Safety Foundation and is also an acting Member of the Board.
